and offering services beyond - virtually and in person, if it aligns.
Salvaged Sanctuary has organically grown over the years
into a multifaceted design manifestation that stems from unique life experience becoming an intimate approach to your design needs. Ultimately, creating a true-blue, resourceful and out of the box individualized experience for real people. Producing tangible spaces, products, experiences or facilitating the journey of transitioning homes.

Owner Asia Babbington is a curious and creative designer who has used redirections in life as catalysts for change and insight as she navigated an uncommon career path into the manifestation and visualization which brought us Salvaged Sanctuary.

Having graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Architectural Studies with an emphasis in Interior Design and a minor in Psychology. Now after 10+ years in design and creative fields, Asia has been recognized as one of Chicago's 30 for 30 residential interior designers, featured on Apartment therapy and Network Next Gen. Her interior work spans Chicago, New Orleans, Los Angeles, New York and even further beyond, as well as, being seen on HGTV alongside Tiffany Brooks. Asia has designed and produced furniture and murals for homes, small businesses and experiential Airbnb's.​
Resourceful and an out of the box thinker by nature, Asia loves to apply a sustainable approach whenever possible and re-imagine things as we know them leading to unique projects that reflect who occupies them (space) and or who will be using them in the future (real estate/product) with the people as the priority.
